Digital Rx Redesign

Led several digital pharmacy & consumer health user interaction teams. During my tenure, we vastly simplified and elevated the design using a customer-first lens. Additionally we improved key digital pharmacy metrics:

• Increased digital adoption from 6% to 22% thru easy opt-in solutions 

• Increased auto-refill adoption by 37% with improved interface design — translating to an additional $17M per month
